Disappointing - Front Desk Texas Children's Hospital Employee Review

Texas Children's is not as wonderful to their employees. The biggest issue is management, there is no one there to correct management when they mess up or are cruel to us and we as employees have no one to turn to about it. Or when and if we do our concerns are not taken seriously. Also the rules and how they punish us for having to miss work if our child is sick is crazy.
