Pros
If you don't have any experience working on the physical layer 1 and layer 2 aspects of networks the experience is decent. You will learn how to rack switches, upgrade IOSs, place configs on switches and you get to work with some of the latest and greatest Cisco gear. Very physical labor makes you feel like you've really put in a good days work. Some employees take the time to mentor you on some issues but others do not. Given a lot of independence to perform work at your own pace. I felt was treated fairly and people were flexible when I made mistakes.
Cons
Its all layer 1. Unless you want to remain a lower tier network technician not the place to work. Even for the regular employees 90% of what they do on a daily basis is layer one problems and troubleshooting. I served as a janitor to a lot of telecom closets. About 66% of what I did was vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and cable management. I didn't learn very much about their network or how networks work in general. Compensation is not great too, they come in well below other places
