Lack of communication from management Corporate decisions are not communicated and effect supplies and staffing ratios with no input from the front-line staff. On paper it appears that employees are consulted and have input in decisions but in actuality they do not. Leadership is "good old boys club" with most promotions pre-determined by senior leadership. Top heavy corporate positions, with many managers, directors and VP's. Supposed "anonymous" surveys that can actually be tracked to employees. On paper great mission, vision and values along with service standards expected by employees. In practice leadership and corporate staff is not held to these standards.
