Pros

pray at meetings, large organization that tries to stay ahead of Medicare and insurance changes and help MD's make more money and run their practices more efficiently

Cons

I agree with everyone's complaints about management. It is hard to find out who to go to with problems and they always seem to look out for the interest of the MD's and company, not midlevels or office staff. They keep people for a long time that obviously do not work well with others or encourage a team environment. The NP's are not treated as professionals, and though we make a lot of money for the MD's and the company, (because we bill for our services just like an MD), they act like we are just low level employees. We don't have the same access to upper management or respect, yet we pay the same 23% to the company for "practice management" and billing fees.
