Cons
This place stress “BEST PLACE TO WORK & WE FAMILY HERE” a lot, but how you are treated and talked to your want OUT the family. They laid off a tremendous amount of people majority WITHOUT NOTICE. I worked all over this hospital and majority of the time all you here is staff complaining and trying to get out their departments Nurses, Pcts,Housekeepers..etc. Favoritism is your way to advancement and if you even show you have a backbone management quick to write you up or fire you. My Director is HORRIBLE, I wouldn’t wish her or even recommend a homeless man to work for her. Very rude, unprofessional, and doesn’t honor staff & supervisor confidentiality. If I didn’t have bills I’ll be gone and TRUST I’m looking.
