Pros
Pros are that they are always trying to maintain their magnet status so it seems like they care about education and propelling the nurse. (See more in the cons section). The facilities are usually clean and updated.
Cons
This company used to be great but unfortunately they're far too corporate, greedy and dump on all the nurses way too much. The title is "Do more for less" because that's is exactly what they expect you to do. Resources the nurses need are constantly being taken away, piling more work than they can do on top of them while increasing their patient loads. The "educational" opportunities are more like traps. I would not advise any new grad to sign the internship agreement. You will be an indentured servant for 2 long years. If you break it, you will owe them 5K.
