Pros

Health Benefits with the exception of weight loss surgery. I am being forced to spent $5000 out of my pocket while a smoker or drug user gets free help. Otherwise, I do like that I have the freedom to do my job, and I like the Paid Time Off, which I can use whenever I need it. I also like the 401K match, it is excellent.

Cons

Too big and they want you to be a clone. I tried to ask for extra work during a downtime and there is nothing I could do. I looked at my pay raises for the last four years and my increases have been $.40 cents an hour at most. I do make bonus which is 2% of my collections. It makes me feel like I am not valued as an employee with raises like that. I am a good collector and make excellent bonus, but the hourly pay says how much they value you and I guess they don't.
