      Extremely political. Dont hold bad/toxic managers accountable. Extremely underpaid compared to market value.

      The job itself isn't very demanding, if you have a general knowledge of computers/IT, you'll do fine.

      the only con is whenever there's big waves of accounts or specific times of the year, it can get pretty busy.
