      You get a lot of help from faculty/staff, and you create a network that can be very helpful for the future. In addition, the schedule is flexible and you can easily work and study.

      The job itself isn't very demanding, if you have a general knowledge of computers/IT, you'll do fine.

      Cons

      the only con is whenever there's big waves of accounts or specific times of the year, it can get pretty busy.
