Micromanagement and long hours overshadow decent benefits - Account Supervisor Texas Tech University Employee Review

Micromanagement and inconsistency! Can't do anything without approval and then you get shunned for asking a basic question that you were otherwise told to ask approval on. The only consistency they had was the overtime required to work. Seriously up to 40-60 hours of overtime sometimes required. Nights as late as 8 PM plus working from home on those nights. Not worth it for base pay. Gossipy environment and lack of care/advancement.
