      good place to learn and study.

      Cons

      salary is not that great. But comparing it to expense of living in lubbock I would not really rate it too badly.

      The job itself isn't very demanding, if you have a general knowledge of computers/IT, you'll do fine.

      Cons

      the only con is whenever there's big waves of accounts or specific times of the year, it can get pretty busy.
