      Great working environment, laid back atmosphere, the benefits are good, the work schedule is very flexible, interact with professional staffs and smart students.

      Cons

      the city of Lubbock is very far from any major cities and there is not much to do in Lubbock.

      The job itself isn't very demanding, if you have a general knowledge of computers/IT, you'll do fine.

      the only con is whenever there's big waves of accounts or specific times of the year, it can get pretty busy.
