      Pros

      They do provide great health insurance and benefits for employees except no 401(k). Great networking possibilities depending on the department you work in.

      Cons

      Lazy coworkers. Good ole boy system so promotions generally are given to employees who have worked there the longest. No 401(k).

      The job itself isn't very demanding, if you have a general knowledge of computers/IT, you'll do fine.

      Cons

      the only con is whenever there's big waves of accounts or specific times of the year, it can get pretty busy.
