      treated Graduate Students very well Pay /(compared to other depts. and universities)

      lecture course options limited need more faculty (moreso for undergrad though)

      The job itself isn't very demanding, if you have a general knowledge of computers/IT, you'll do fine.

      Cons

      the only con is whenever there's big waves of accounts or specific times of the year, it can get pretty busy.
