Pros
The biggest pro about for Texas Tech is that it allows me to both work and go to school in the same place. I don't need to drive back and forth all day. They are also very flexible with my schedule.
Cons
The biggest problem is the parking on campus. They are very strict on where you can park, even if its not close to the building you work in, and you are still required to pay for a parking permit.
