      High turnover because of graduation, transfers, and the want to live off campus. Therefore, training is required for all each semester.

      The job itself isn't very demanding, if you have a general knowledge of computers/IT, you'll do fine.

      the only con is whenever there's big waves of accounts or specific times of the year, it can get pretty busy.
