Pros

Great health benefits, PTO and sick leave, as well as a week off at Christmas

Cons

Bit of a hostile work environment. Very passive aggressive; one minute they're smiling and like you, the next they're yelling at you. Management is also secretive. They don't like to be upfront with their employees. Management is also hypocritical. You'll get rebuked for one thing and then they'll turn around and do the same thing. You get paid for 40 hours salaried, but work a lot more than that with no over time. Expect to work almost every weekend, as well as be on your e-mail every night to respond to messages from management. Management is highly involved in "office gossip" but tends to blame it on employees. If you love being micromanaged, this is the place for you.

Pros

The job itself isn't very demanding, if you have a general knowledge of computers/IT, you'll do fine.

Cons

the only con is whenever there's big waves of accounts or specific times of the year, it can get pretty busy.
