      Pros

      Decent amount of PTO, free or discounted football tickets if that's your thing, lots of onsite events for employees to attend

      Cons

      Terrible/clueless management, very low pay, mismanaged IT infrastructure, does not punish bad behavior from co-workers/management/faculty, slow to fix problems of any kind. Touts inclusivity yet doesn't actually value it in practice.

      The job itself isn't very demanding, if you have a general knowledge of computers/IT, you'll do fine.

      Cons

      the only con is whenever there's big waves of accounts or specific times of the year, it can get pretty busy.
