Tremendous waste on campus with poor recycling and much water waste. 4. Lubbock is a stifling, ugly, conservative place full of conservative, religious folks 5. They want to be a Tier 1 research university, but they want faculty to teach like it's a 4 year school. 6. Small-minded attitudes prevail
