Business Outlook
Pros
Great environment which supports upward mobility and is open to change. Supporting students is highly rewarding and it is the team environment which made me feel that my role was highly important and the team would suffer if I was not around.
Cons
There is much change going on at Texas Tech. For some that may not be attractive. However the system is on its way to Tier I status and staff and departments are being evaluated for effectiveness and change will be constant over the next several years.
