      Pros

      Realize all the work you complete over the years will never be celebrated or appreciated! Unless you are a master of brown nosing or butt kissing you will never be promoted. Internal politics of the workforce is the norm for working at Tech!

      Cons

      Age discrimination is real and rampant at the university. Unless you are skilled at the fine art of politics you will never advance at Tech. The best you can hope for should be working a few years to gain experience, then leave as fast as you can for the real work force!

      The job itself isn't very demanding, if you have a general knowledge of computers/IT, you'll do fine.

      Cons

      the only con is whenever there's big waves of accounts or specific times of the year, it can get pretty busy.
