      Pros

      The TTU program was a great learning experience both as an an assistant and a student. Instructors were very supportive and gave great individualized attention at the El Paso regional campus.

      Cons

      Although being a student assistant was great, the opportunities were limited in the El Paso campus, and the facilities were out of date.

      The job itself isn't very demanding, if you have a general knowledge of computers/IT, you'll do fine.

      Cons

      the only con is whenever there's big waves of accounts or specific times of the year, it can get pretty busy.
