      they do have good benefits plans

      management on some department not the greatest and there is a lot of favoritism. the pay is low for all the challenges you encounter and growth is slow.

      Job gives overtime to employees.

      Cons

      Pay is bad for education level required. Taking time off is difficult. Job is stressful due to constantly increasing workload. Flat organizational structure leads to little room for advancement.
