Pros

Encourage asking questions and improving processes; not a "do it because I said so" kind of place Supportive management Pays for LinkedIn learning account for all employees Lots of professional & personal development workshops offered every month Matches 10% salary for IRA Can use either regular IRA or Roth IRA (or both) Multiple options for health insurance (HMO, Blue Cross Blue Shield Consumer Directed, Health Select Blue Cross Blue Shield) Allows some remote working for more experienced employees Moving towards paperless work process Generous holiday leave If sick days become unused and you retire, they give you a cash compensation for the days not used

Cons

Software used is a bit clunky and takes some getting used to Mandatory withdrawal of 10% income for IRA Very long wait periods for new software (literally years) Extra holiday leave (ie, 'skeleton holidays' worked) expires after 1 year
