Pros
Benefits are great, and the culture at Texthelp is second to none. It's very clear that everyone is working towards our mission - something I haven't experienced in any of my previous companies. It makes a huge difference to how it feels to come to work every day. The senior management in the company are always looking to improve the business, and how employees are treated. Increasing the standard holiday entitlement and bringing in wellbeing afternoons are just two examples of this over the past year. There have also been improvements to the internal systems, which were a bit antiquated, but they now seem to be on the right path. Management don't get every decision right (who does?) but when it's clear something isn't working they are humble enough to make the change. I have never felt more supported in my career than I do at Texthelp.
Cons
Most of my concerns about Texthelp have been addressed in the last year - mainly the standard holiday entitlement, which was low. The Antrim office is a bit tired, but this is being addressed with a refurbishment. There has been a lot of expansion and acquisitions in the past couple of years, which has caused some growing pains. Management are aware of this and we now have experienced teams in place who are better positioned to handle it!
