Pros
The lower to mid level management understand employees and the necessities of the program. They will advocate and do as much as they can to make sure employees are able to complete their individual tasks. It is a great environment to start right out of school. There are plenty of chances for exposure and to learn new things.
Cons
The upper management seems to reduce or move headcount as needed to meet budgetary goals with out considering schedule. Many decisions are made with out adequate input from mid management and lower management. Many decisions are made with out a full understanding or acceptance of the implications positive or negative.
