Corporate Human Resources is absolutely terrible and actually seems like liability if anything. You cannot get new job titles approved. When starting was without health insurance for 9 months because it takes that long to respond to complaints. When I left I did not even get an HR exit interview. Most people have to change departments if they want to move up since new job reqs will be out there for years to be approved and evaluated before HR bothers to do one of their jobs. it has been a good opportunity for growth but nowhere being able to grow into... so I had to grow into a different company. If they bother to read this... you won't need to put so much emphasis on hiring/recruiting if you treat your current employees like they are an asset instead of just being a churn and burn facility.
