Nice benefits, layered management is cumbersome/out of touch - Engineer Textron Employee Review

Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Executive level not steering the ship very well, put way too much time and money into a single project, didn't see the bigger picture. Sold all land that company used to own locally...zero room to grow, can't even find parking. Lay-offs poorly executed (embarrassingly had to recall people that it laid off).
