Pros
It's near a freeway entrance to escape work. Added Arctic Cat to finally have working products. Best to left alone and not incorporated with golf carts.
Cons
No work/life balance. Company has one person directing direction of products. Poor and lack of real management. Products and company are in a tailspin down. Layoffs are quiet and small, but very frequent
