Pros
Working with fantastic British management. Very professional and superb guidance and support enabling me to fulfill my work responsibilities.
Cons
Very bad China leadership team and totally irresponsible. Bad product qualities leading to frequent quality problems in the ASEAN markets. Market Reports and updates submitted but were ignored. Kept sending bad quality parts replacement to customers but never wanting to make actual improvements, countermeasures and containment actions. Affected sales opportunities as the brand becomes associated with bad quality.
