Pros
Excellent networking opportunities with higher level management, challenging work, fulfilling tasks.
Cons
Pay is low compared to other full-time employees who are not in the Leadership Development Program. Since LDPs are required to move around and uproot our lives several times, a pay increase would help attract more high-aptitude candidates and enhance retention. Additionally, merit increases should be decided by our bosses, not the LDP managers who have not witnessed our work.
