Pros
There used to be pros but by the time I left the only one was the pay check every two weeks.
Cons
Leadership changes strategy without due diligence. Poor decisions result in misfortune for the little guy while top leaders are moved from role to role because they're one of the good ole boy's. Paranoid culture as a result. College grads come in and are treated like royalty while accomplishing very little. Experienced employees end up babysitting new grads and working additional hours to keep up with their workload. There's an expectation that salary employees should be available 24/7. As the more senior workforce leaves, more chaos will be created. Employee pride in the E-Z-GO brand is all but gone and that is most unfortunate.
