      Pros

      Lower level management was very knowledgeable

      Cons

      Layoffs happened constantly. Nobody felt secure in their job. Upper level management from Textron would fly in and treat the on-site personnel poorly. Upper level management is rotated through positions so quickly that it appears they do not have a plan.
