      Pros

      Good starting pay and benefits for a new grad hire. Decent 401k, and great tuition assistance.

      Cons

      Raises are horrible, no work from home, lots of silly rules such as no flex work schedule, very old school. Promotions are based on popularity not merit in my opinion. Layoffs are like clock work every three months
