Old and Stale - Analyst Textron Employee Review

The Morale over the whole organization is awful. They expect you to be on call 24/7, the wages are way below the market, it's an old boys type of club there (and I'm a man) old, stale ideas, they can't get out of their own way because they can't make a decision and even if they do it takes a decade to come to fruition. They are the most frustrating place I have ever worked.
