Pros
Some of the recent changes are positive. Directors and two VPs demonstrate a movement towards improving agility to get back to the way AAI used to be in a more disciplined fashion. Compensation is average or above. Benefits are on par or above average with other large companies.
Cons
Lack of vision. Deliver products which don't meet quality standards to get contract payments. Customer does not fit into the equation. Meet Textron requirements before you meet customer requirements at all costs. Short term decisions being made in lieu of long term ones, likely due to lack of vision. Home office personnel do not work well with offsite employees or subcontractors.
