Terrible - Anonymous employee Textron Systems Employee Review

Crap benefits. Culture is non-existent; you are essentially an island. Forget about diversity. No growth and high turnover. The good old boys club reigns here, so forget about being promoted. Their LDP program are the only ones that see any profession, career-wise. Toxic management that literally pushes you out or finds ways to assure you fail and then sack you. (I’ve truly have never seen so many people leave a company). Gossipy offices that pretend to be your friendly colleagues but are conspiring against you. And, from those I know still employed there, completely unyielding on being flexible about hybrid/remote work.
