Pros

-Kind and professional colleagues -Quality benefits

Cons

-Was hired as W2 employee, did exceptional work but was nonetheless let go in 5 months. -Management and the company made little to no effort to help me find another position internally. -ANALYGENCE opted to pursue external candidates who received their TS clearance instead of assisting current employees in obtaining theirs. (This is what happened in my case; they didn't even try to help me apply for clearance). -Do not believe the accolades and rewards ANALYGENCE has received for being an 'exceptional workplace' that 'highly values its employees'. It is a business like any other, and they will kick you to the curb like any other.

Pros

Great work helping define and refine use of emerging technologies across the training spectrum from live fly fighter aircraft, advanced simulation technologies, AI advancement and cyber secure architecture.

Cons

Workload pressure to continuously deliver top-quality capabilities for warfighters - I wouldn't have it any other way!

Pros

Tharros fosters a truly supportive culture where leadership focuses on working with you rather than over you. There is a refreshing lack of micromanagement, as management trusts your expertise and provides the autonomy needed to manage your own responsibilities. It feels like a genuine partnership where your professional growth is encouraged, making it an ideal environment for anyone who values a collaborative and empowering workplace.

Cons

Because the company moves quickly, the environment is best suited for self-starters who are comfortable navigating a fast-paced workflow. While there aren't traditional negatives to highlight, the high level of independence means you are responsible for managing your own time and staying proactive with your professional development. It is less of a "hand-holding" environment and more of a place where you get out exactly what you are willing to put in.
