Pros
Being a smaller employer, employees are able to see an immediate impact of their work and get the opportunity to wear many hats. Employees are exposed to many aspects of technology and customer service, so it is a great company to learn and grow professionally. The owner is very passionate about his clients and his business (which some other reviewers have listed as a bad thing because his passion is oft tunnel vision-ed and may be misunderstood... but it should never be taken personally) and he is extremely generous! The product (Prowess) is intuitive and has potential to be leveraged successfully in so many other industries besides direct selling! Plus... there are so many great people working here that are willing to pull together like an extended family!
Cons
This is a technology company and a service business. External clients generally have rapidly changing priorities which can lead to periods of high tension and heavy work loads. However, this is not necessarily a bad thing. Some people enjoy a fast and demanding environment that leverages creativity and collaboration! But, I know that this structure, pace and workload is not everyone's cup of tea!
