Thank you for taking the time to write this review. However, your statements do not match the current workplace environment at Thatcher. I suspect you are either someone who worked at Thatcher ages ago, or this is an intentional misleading review. Thatcher’s leadership team does consider thoughts and suggestions of all employees. Thatcher has an open-door policy and welcomes suggestions and insights employees offer. Employees and managers have scheduled recurring 1:1 meetings where employees can voice their opinions or give suggestions. This is also a time where employees are able to bring up any concerns or update managers on continuing education interests and where managers can address performance concerns and applaud success. Communication is key! Managers have been consulted, and it has been confirmed, there has not been any employee who has worked long (or more) hours or weekends in the past year. All Thatcher employees are exempt with the expectation of working 40 hours per week. Thatcher supports competitive pay for experience. Official performance reviews are given annually and merit increases are awarded based on performance levels. New employees are offered salaries based on years of experience and position responsibilities. If candidates believe the salary offered is not competitive, candidates can negotiate desired rates. As an exempt employee, working an average of 40 hours per week would not be considered overworked. As discussed earlier, Thatcher supports competitive pay. New employees agree to the salary offered at time of the offer of employment. Throughout the year, Thatcher has a number of events as well as Employee Quarterly Meetings to show appreciation to employees. Thatcher sponsors events, promotes continuing education, and celebrates personal and company success. Thatcher employees are smart, friendly, and creative. Employees work within teams and across teams to reach goals.
