Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and for being an important part of the mission of delivering excellent care to our nation's men and women in uniform in the San Antonio Military Health System. We pride ourselves on taking care of our team members who contribute to service member care, and we appreciate the feedback. As you pointed out, unfortunately, there is not a work-from-home option at this particular worksite because the Department of Defense's call center software does not have that capability. We have been recommending that they deploy virtual call center software, but ultimately we don't have control over their facility.
