Pros

It was a paycheck i guess.

Cons

Low balled contract pay dropped $400-500 per month with previous agency. On-line payroll access sucked with military security program trouble logging in. Went from almost $24/hr to 17.50. Slow to communicate, looses faxes with your personal information. No sense of empathy from management. No Reimbursement for CE requirements or CPR cert. Leadership turn-over in military hospital and preferential treatment based on rank. Reeked of favoritism.

I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. As you know, we pride ourselves in delivering excellent care to our nation's men and women in uniform, and I want to thank you for being a part of the terrific team of contract healthcare professionals serving our government clients in San Diego. One of our core strengths is project management, helping our clients to meet their mission and providing our team members serving on contracts with strong support. I'd be interested in hearing more about the opportunities you see for us to improve. Please consider reaching out to Nancy, your project manager, John, our VP for Project Operations, or me. It would be great to have a conversation to get more of your thoughts and feedback.
