Business Outlook
Pros
Stable company with long employee tenure (median tenure is ~7 years in my location), which is what you'd expect with a company that's been around for almost 30 years. Substantive work, smart colleagues, strong processes. And I love the mission: serving military heroes!
Cons
Because employees are nationwide, supporting multiple time zones and keeping on top of all the various state and local laws is a constant process. Dealing with Federal Government requirements also can be a challenge but not impossible.
