Pros

-Very streamlined Processes & Procedures. - onboarding was organized smooth and spot on - President and VP in Austin office in 2016 (Matt & Matt were the best) - Clearly defined roles & responsibilities - Autonomy to manage your team - The support staff were amazing. (Admin, accounting, etc) - Top tier, huge, vetted, subcontractor pool. - BECK-Austin PRE-CON was the best Ive ever had the privilege of working with. The director Carter was one of the sharpest construction minds Ive ever worked with & the nicest guy ever. - Superintendents were experienced, driven, & accountable. - Opportunity for the new hires to learn and grow and mentoring was encouraged. - Forefront of Technology. - Mr. Perpall came in a couple of months after I started & he was a brilliant choice and is a true visionary and leader. I would have been blessed & honored to have been mentored by or simply spend time speaking with such a smart, “servant leadership” minded, business leader.

Cons

- I was there in 2015-2016 and CMiC software was ridiculous and antiquated and made everything from writing scopes to contract exhibits an adventure and not in a good way. - Although clearly defined roles, several people with their own agenda started to push procedures that were not the BECK standard & were not SOP. This was not BECK wide rather a few people in BECK at that time. - Could be cliquey at times. - self serving agendas vs. TEAM cohesiveness - POLITICAL!!!!!!
