-CEO has NO clue whatsoever about construction or tunneling -Most of Management is incompetent and favor 'yes-men' -There is NO communication or organization -HR is not your friend or advocate -Safety is not allowed to really do their jobs -You don't have the tools or resources to do your job efficiently quite often -They fire people for minor reasons as soon as a boring machine comes out of the ground to save money on wages then try to hire in a panic when they launch a new machine and they realize they don't have enough people.
