Amazing team (salt of the earth people) to work with, really cool project, and great learning opportunities. Stock options could be valuable some day.

Cons

Lower than average pay(stock options are what you're investing into). 60-100 hr work weeks no matter what your position is. Defined roles and autonomy are nonexistent.

Experience in a somewhat unique company Learning to adapt to any situation Pay day lunches Great coworkers, some of the best people you'll meet

Cons

-CEO has NO clue whatsoever about construction or tunneling -Most of Management is incompetent and favor 'yes-men' -There is NO communication or organization -HR is not your friend or advocate -Safety is not allowed to really do their jobs -You don't have the tools or resources to do your job efficiently quite often -They fire people for minor reasons as soon as a boring machine comes out of the ground to save money on wages then try to hire in a panic when they launch a new machine and they realize they don't have enough people.
