Pros

Two free cases of beer, Well known brand/ brand equity on a resume

Cons

Company prides itself on “treating others the way you want to be treated” it’s ironic because most people feel that they wouldn’t treat a stray dog the way middle management treats whistle-blowing employees that question decisions that directly affect them. In order to protect the façade that the company puts forth of being “The best place to work” HR ignores lower level employees concerns & poor treatment while shielding the derogatory middle management. In my experience the norm is employees crying at work, whispering in the hallways, and abruptly leaving because their moral is so low. Pay is atrocious for lower level employees even though you are expected to take on more than your job role without asking why. Company Policies for things like PTO and “working from home” are not applicable to everyone. Many people abuse PTO by taking an absurd amount, and often are “working” from home, without any consequences even when it directly impacts their team members. In short- don’t waste your time taking the silver line all the way out here. You can get paid much more for much less nonsense.
