Pros
Fantastic training program- great for people who are coming from different fields; Awesome travel opportunities- various interviews, region meetings, division meetings, national meetings, trainings, etc; Offer 17 pto days for first 2 years with company then 21 days; Mondays are work from home and you create your schedule every other day so it can be as flexible as you like; Competitive salary and great benefits (health care, 401 k, free beer); Family-like community; Huge opportunity to advance, and fast! *Only get in to this job if you are seriously passionate about beer (the culture and history of it, flavor profiles, styles, drinking it- you will be living, breathing, eating, sleeping beer!)
Cons
Some managers are way more lenient with pto and scheduling than others; requirements are not unified across the board (I am very lucky with my manager!); Hours can be long and sneak into personal time (evening and weekend promotions); Driving alone in your car every day can get very lonely and boring; There is a lot of responsibility and expectation with little direction; it can be very overwhelming at times!
