Brewery in Cincinnati is slowly becoming a PIP factory. They have turned over all the leadership team and slowly turning over the next level of the team. It seems really cool to work for a brewery but then it turns into a “who’s next to be fired” factory. Very few people have tenure of a year in the salary ranks, which scream out of control.
