Pros
Free beer, mainly social company meetings rather than being about work and good people (excluding many XLT members)
Cons
This company operates like a cult. They mask it as a "family," but it's really just a manipulation tactic to justify low pay, unreasonable expectations, and invasive control over your personal life. Your job isn't just a job—it's your entire existence. Coworkers aren't just colleagues; they’re “friends,” and if you leave social events before the top salesperson, expect to be judged. If you skip the drinking-heavy social events that often have nothing to do with the company’s actual products, you’re branded as an outsider. These events, fueled by company-paid drinks, promote a culture where staying out past midnight is the norm, and then everyone drags themselves into morning meetings with a hangover. It's toxic. The moment you voice any concerns or have personal issues, you're immediately targeted as a problem for "letting them down." The company thrives on controlling every aspect of your life, and if you’re not fully subservient to that, you’ll be left behind. If you’re not drinking the Kool-Aid, you’ll never make it. If you’re looking to grow in your career, expect to be stunted and expect minimal increases that they express are paid to market and competitive. The company pay is abysmal and the benefits do not even touch market.
